Gloria Vinson, Broker/Owner

Gloria Vinson has been in the Real Estate industry since 1997 in the Northeast Florida area.  Her career in the industry began as a Licensed Community Association Manager.  She later successfully obtained her Sales Associate License, a Residential Appraiser License and  Mortgage Broker License.  She holds the Graduate of Real Estate Institute designation.  Gloria started LANDCO Properties Inc. in 2005; offering her services for Residential and Commercial Real Estate.  She is currently a Licensed Real Estate Broker and Licensed Community Association Manager, specializing in Property Manageent, Real Estate Sales, Real Estate Rentals, and Homeowners and Condominium Association Management.  In addition, she holds a secondary Brokers License for Melrose Realty Group, Inc. based out of Orlando covering the Central Florida area.
